I have been editing since 2019, when I graduated with a degree in English and editing.
I’ve loved to read since I was a little girl.
Even then I knew my dream job involved spending all day reading. This desire spurred my interest in editing—what could be better than reading and preparing manuscripts for publication?
I have extensive experience with all types of edits and all types of genres.
You name it, I’ve probably edited it. I’ve done developmental, substantive, and copy editing, as well as cover design, typesetting, and proofreading. Indexing, fact checking, and publication help. Long-term or short-term, long-form or short-form projects. First drafts and revisions. Fiction, non-fiction, online content, user manuals, family histories, and research and academic papers. The list goes on and on. No project is too small or too bland for me!

Traveling
My husband and I love to visit new places. One of our favorites was a trip Waco, Texas, to visit Magnolia Market at the Silos.
Gardening
There’s nothing quite like getting your hands dirty in your garden in the spring and enjoying fresh fruits and veggies in the summer.
Entertaining my cats
We have two: Winnie and Ninja. They’re completely spoiled and sweet, with the best personalities. To know them is to love them!
